In this holiday season we offer you a tasty recipe to amaze your guests and enjoy unforgettable moments together with your loved ones.

This marinated pork loin recipe takes advantage of culinary ideas by Silvio Cortigiani using an exceptional oil, Chianti PDO Oil Classic.
As is known, everything from pork can be used without throwing anything away, come on hams and sausages in general, loins, ribs, cheeks and hips the entrails.

The loin is a piece of meat that is suitable for many preparations, for the simplicity of execution and for the easy and reduced preparation times, because it cooks in the marinade and there is no need for other precautions if not rosemary, sage, garlic and chilli pepper.

To start, wet the meat with red wine vinegar and let it rest in a cool place for three days. Cut into thin slices, arranged in a tray sprinkled with your own sauce, just sprinkle it with PDO Chianti oil Classic that makes everything fragrant with field aromas and invites you to collect the flavors with freshly baked bread.

Then proceed to cooking, in a saucepan fry the herbs, carrots, celery, onion and oregano. Add the loin and sprinkle everything with the marinating the meat. Cover and cook over medium heat for one forty minutes.
Your dish is thus ready to be enjoyed, arriving on your table all the goodness of the Gallo Nero tradition and products.
